Tutor Reporting

One on One Tutors

As a volunteer tutor working with a learner one on one, we ask that you report back to our agency once each month to communicate the number of hours you spent preparing your lesson and working with your learner.  Tutor reports are due to our office by the first of each month.  Our success as an agency relies upon timely communication.

There are two ways you can report to the office:

​

• Electronically - Complete the online form

• ​Via U.S. Mail - Complete the form for ESL learners or Native English speaking learners and mail it to our office.  You can download these and print them or visit our office to receive copies.  ​

Small Group Instructors​

​

Due to the sometimes flexible and variable nature of the small group arrangement, more frequent reporting is required.  We ask that you report attendance to our office at least twice each month by the 1st and 15th.  If and when a new learner comes to your class, please have them complete a JCLC intake form and have them complete this questionnaire on their own. This is essential in order to ensure that learners and tutors have adequate materials and that assessment is properly timed.
